Flyboy II

This sport pattern model is true ARF, with a fully symmetrical airfoil, and is fully aerobatic, capable of flying the FAI pattrn. This model is not a trainer, but a good second or third model. It comes completely prebuilt from balsa, plywood, and spruce, painted and covered. Model is supplied with prepainted fiber glass cowl and plastic spinner. Fuselage is prebuilt, fiberglassed and painted ready for installation of prebuilt and covered tail group and landing gear.

Wing is prebuilt and covered ready for aileron servo installation. Motor mount, fuel tank, pushrods, control horns, landing gear and wheels come with the kit. An illustrated construction manual is also included. Model can be assembled in as little as 5 hours ready to fly. Model has a 51" wingspan with 449 sq. inches wing area. Fuselage length is 49 1/2 inches. Model requires a four channel radio driving four servos, and a .40 - .46 2-cycle, or .40 - .50 4-cycle engine. Finished model weight is 4 3/8 - 4 5/8 lbs.
